A standing goat, head raised and tail cocked, caught mid-stride with one foreleg advanced - restless and browsing where the cow is settled. Same build, entirely different animal: lighter through the body, longer and finer in the leg.
The body is curved panels of chalk white salvaged sheet, carrying the crazing, ochre staining and wear the metal already had, with welded seams left showing along the spine and haunch. Head, neck, legs and hooves are worked in dark oxidised steel against it. The detailing is where this one earns its keep - long ridged horns swept back from the poll, drop ears set below them, and a cut and layered beard hanging from the chin. The tail is a short upright blade of pale steel.
The ochre staining came with the sheet. It falls differently on every goat.

Good on a hall console, sideboard or dresser, and strong outdoors on a path edge or wall top, where the pale body reads clearly against green.
