Bent low with its beak to the ground, Foraging Pheasant captures a quiet moment in the field, with a long tapering tail that gives it real presence on a lawn, border or hearth. Its body is built from overlapping plates in warm copper, bronze, rust and silver tones, each with its own texture and patina.

Handmade in Zimbabwe from reclaimed metal, each pheasant carries the visible welds, shaped edges and layered detail of its making. Rows of small silver scales across the head and neck, a curved bronze beak and a tail wrapped in silver bands complete its natural, earthy look.
